On my parts run for the dump truck, I was chatting with Moyer truck parts and a gentleman Hunter, called the shop and described a no crank, no start on his 2004 LBZ.
I told him I could help, and I made my way to the dollar tree, where he had first had the issue. An hour of troubleshooting revealed an ignition fuse was blown, and a wire connecting the fuse to the starting solenoid was causing the problems. Glad to say he can continue on his way home safely, and with some peace of mind.

A little air repair.. White GMC with a LTA10 Cummins; System would not build any pressure. Compressor had an uneven gasket surface. Cleaned with a carbide scraper and reassembled. Still builds slowly but stable. Air leaks present which is a likely cause.

An Alpha One Sterndrive had a torn gimbal bellows, the rubber that surrounds the gimbal (pictured), causing the ujoint system to corrode and go stiff in 2 joints.
Replaced the bellows assembly, gimbal bearing, as well as cleaned and greased the joint and it remained tight.
Reinstalled the Drive unit and sealed with gaskets, o-rings, and weatherstrip adhesive as required to seal out water.
