Progressing nicely is the travel trailer build out that Aileen designed and is building. The base trailer is a new Big Horn 16 ft. Contractor Grade unit equipped with barn doors. Much of the wood and cabinets are coming out of the wood shop inventory that was purchased from John Lindley, Centerville, IA.

This is a R&D Project and is providing great learning information. Valuable in that I am interested in smaller trailers that can provide a quality mobile experience. Both for living or cooking or both.

For sale 82 inches x 20 ft. 2022 Sure-Trac trailer with added Flexi-Hauler Pod.

This was a R&D Project. A new Sure-Trac Landscape Trailer (Thomas Trailer Sales) was provided to Flexi-Hauler, LLC., Las Cruces, NM. The plan was to build a low profile Pod on the shop floor that would be mounted on the trailer. With the idea that the Pod could be left on, taken off as desired.

Most of the miles on the trailer are those going to Las Cruces (1,200 and back to Iowa). Some travel in Iowa used to deliver.

I will be posting it on FB Marketplace. Almost $6K invested in the project, but will discount to Facebook Friends for $3,900 cash.

Currently in Perry, IA, but can be brought to Dallas Center, IA to show or to be picked up.

As always projects are built with others in mind first. I expect someone in Iowa, or beyond would benefit from this mobile pizza program.

I need to start working again on my Pizza Game. The trailer being set up as a Pizza Wagon is moving along at Flexi-Hauler, LLC., Las Cruces, NM. The Cookshack two unit stacked pellet fired pizza ovens are ready to be installed. As are the sinks systems and support equipment needed for operation. Nice to have info (floorplan) related to 451 Pizza (Kansas City) to study and work with. See pictures.

Another nice resource is my business relationship with Lorenzo, Pastaggio's, Las Cruces, NM. Very well reviewed and known for the pizzas that are served at the restaurant. See link in comments.

First up for me is going to be some type of Pickle Pizza. This style is proving to be very popular. See video link in comments.

For a K.I.S.S approach (Keep It Simply Scrumptious) I am going to use a quality frozen cheese pizza and remodel with a butter garlic sauce and add the pickles and dill. See video link on comments for my inspiration. Up the road may trying adding shrimp as the TV Commentator suggested

Synergy with Team Lodge, Watertown, SD operating out of a 51,000 square foot facility.

Originally this Company came up in my search for available, already built Travel Trailer furniture. But as the review continued on I learned that they designed and built trailers. And were flexible even to the extent of providing a base trailer for the DIY owner.

Links in comments illustrate one of the models that is offered and more info about the Company.

For me the video in links is very interesting, especially since it shows construction as stick built rather than the steel framing that I am used to.

For sale this small Toter \Trailer that was designed and built by Richard Larson, Winterset. One was built for a Customer and I liked the idea so well that I asked him to build one for Gold Medal BBQ.

The ask is $2,600 and included will be discounting any equipment currently in the Gold Medal BBQ inventory. That includes various newly delivered Cookshack units; FEC 100, FEC 120 and PG 500.

Trailer passion continues so decided to launch a separate Trailer Page. And big shout out and thanks for Dale Taylor agreeing to manage this business activity.
