Yesterday, I said you needed to have a proper torque wrench to install front end parts on these trucks.

Someone in the comments said a Milwaukee impact would get the job done, to standard.

Going the cheaper route to these half assed shops that don’t give a s**t about quality is expensive for the clients and really irritating for good shops. We’re getting to the point where we’re not even interested in cleaning up someone else’s mess anymore. They get paid on all the easy money making work and we deal with the bulls**t after the fact. It gets old.

Now I say in this video that the client acknowledged this mess and gave us full permission to fix the truck our way but the point remains the same.

It gets old being the shop that’s “too expensive” and a “rip off” but then we get asked to bail out the dealers, chains, and hacks ass independents.

I don’t mind being a second opinion to bounce something off of but coming in for clean up is tiresome.

We don’t do half assed courtesy inspections in this shop. Yes, either you approve a couple hundred bucks for us to look the entire truck over or you can simply have another shop deal with your truck. If you can’t see the value in that, you’ll never understand why our parking lot stays full.

My “vicious” maligator just spent a week at the vet while I was out of town and every woman in that clinic came out to hug her goodbye. Then she went straight to the groomers and spent the day at Awesome Dog Grooming.

We know there are still those in our community without power and the line workers are going hard trying to fix that.

If any power company trucks go down in the next few days, we will absolutely give you guys front of the line service so you can get back to restoring power for the area.
