Important! Please read! This past weekend's event had someone's rig and trailer vandalized. It was done overnight, probably early sunday morning. A customer's tires were spray painted and pen*ses were also painted on the toolbox of the trailer. It happened right by the feed silos. THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!! If anyone has any info on this or heard anything, please let us know. We are reviewing security footage as well, if we find out who did this you will be banned from the park!!!! We expect everyone to respect people's pride and joy as well as the property we wheel on. The person targeted had no negative interaction with anyone and didn't deserve this. I want to think we have a great family atmosphere and we will do everything we can to keep it this way. If you did this and have a conscience maybe we can squash this starting with a public apology. Otherwise, we don't need you at our park. It's not funny...

My heart is full!!! Thanks to everyone that helped make this happen, we collected $14,708.30 this weekend to go toward Daisy's treatments that are coming up soon! The food was on point both nights, hats off to the cooks! Special thanks to Adam Whitacre Adam Stroud Carson Stroud for volunteering your time and providing the great food friday and saturday! We couldn't have pulled this off without all the help from our rock crawling family, y'all are awsome!!!! So wether you simply showed up, entered the poker run, played in the co****le tournament, donated to the raffle, or helped around the office, your efforts are appreciated!!!! It's hard to mention them all, but you know who you are!

The road coming in thru Daisy has the low water crossing washed out, best way in will be through Hartshorne. I will update when I pass thru to see if it's fixed

Heads up to all guests and competitors! Important info, please read! This is copied directly off the email we just sent out.

Dear Valued Guests,

We hope this message finds you well.

On Monday night, severe storms moved through our area, resulting in widespread power outages across much of Oklahoma — including our property. We’ve been in close contact with the local power authority, and unfortunately, they’ve informed us that restoration could take up to 5 days.

This outage has also affected our water supply, as the local water company is without power as well. As a result, we currently have no electricity or running water on-site.

We understand that many of you are scheduled to arrive as early as today, and we sincerely apologize for the short notice. We’re just now receiving these extended outage updates from the power company ourselves.

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate any guests in the Cabins, Bunkhouse, or Lodge until power and water are restored. We are currently working on contingency plans for the big event this weekend and will follow up later today with more detailed information.

If you have reserved the Cabins, Lodge, or Bunkhouse, or are in an RV spot that relies on power and water hookups, please expect a separate communication from us shortly with your specific options.

The gates will remain open for those who still wish to attend, but please be aware that if services are not restored by Friday, conditions will be very primitive.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this unexpected situation.
