Qualifications
• They must be goal-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization
• 2+ years experience as an automotive technician (automotive mechanic)
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
• Must have own tools
• Dependable transportation

Responsibilities
• Automotive Technicians (Automotive Mechanics) will quickly and efficiently perform routine maintenance and identify the cause of breakdowns and repair them using the most optimal solutions
• Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance All Tire and Brakes vehicle standards.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc
•Examine the vehicle to determine if any additional safety or service work is needed
•Advise service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised
•Road test customer vehicles
•Keep the shop area neat and clean
•Adhere to all attendance, punctuality, and timekeeping standards
•Basic computer and internet literacy
•Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
•Keep shop equipment operating (maintain, troubleshoot, repair, etc.)
•Use computer diagnostic equipment
