Design + Build + Maintain.

These before-and-after photos from our re-oiling project at Evelyn’s Park in Bellaire show why maintenance matters. Exterior wood takes a beating from sun, rain, foot traffic, and time — but with the right prep and finish, it can be brought back to life and protected for years to come.

At PryorFab, we don’t just fabricate custom wood and metal pieces. We also help maintain them so they keep looking good and performing the way they should.

Custom fabrication. Site furnishings. Wood restoration. Long-term maintenance.

Built right. Maintained right.

Sometimes, you get the opportunity to do something . 4ft marquee sign was a blast to make! Not usually something PryorFab does, however always a fun experience in problem solving. Although I have to admit my disappointment with how few true anagrams there are for Warpig BBQ ( ), their is phenomenal!

Absolutely thrilled to be able to help support CAM (Cypress Assistance Ministries) with donations from the residence of Towne Lake and the legwork of all the exhausted cub scouts trekking up and down streets to hang tags just before the freeze last weekend- then back at it again this Saturday to collect! We we’re able to organize, box, and donate over 7,500 POUNDS of food!

These boys & girls all did some tough work in poor conditions, but I can’t say enough about how AWESOME their attitudes were to be a HELPFUL scout!

Red Leaf Maple that my folks planted survived for 40 years in Texas, until it caught had an infestation and some high winds. Incredible grain on it and cant wait for it to dry. The other tree they planted was a Silver Leaf Maple; and it was removed and milled about 15 years ago.
