Perfect setup everytime. 👌

We polished it. ✨ Then we put it in a box so it can get bolted into a dark hole and filled with gear oil forever.

Worth it? If you tow, run desert heat, or live at highway RPM, absolutely. 🔥 REM superfinishing takes every tooth face to a mirror. Less friction means less heat, and heat is what kills gears.

We run this process in-house, on our own equipment, ensuring consistency every time. 🔩

Just a heads up: If you're calling and asking me to "just throw a new set of pinion bearings in it," that's unfortunately not how differentials work. Any time the pinion bearings are replaced, the entire gear set has to be reset—pinion depth, preload, backlash, carrier preload, and pattern all have to be checked and adjusted. It's a precision job, not just a bearing swap. I do it once, and I do it right.
