The staff at the service department were unfriendly, today i was getting my car serviced ( sitting in the ground lounge because i can't climb the steps to get to the better coffee because i'm disabled ) when my car was done the guy opened the door stood their everybody looking at him he he called out you lady your car is done, this is my fifth Sonata maybe my last

We went to Ron Marhofer and bought a new Sante Fe. I can't say enough about the staff.They wentout of their way to find me what I wanted. I would recommend this place. Especially a huge thank you to Steven McGee he was kind, professional and went way beyond. thank you love my car
It takes a lot to impress me. Ive been told my entire life I expect to much from others. My reply , I dont expect anything from others I dont expect from myself. That doesn't mean im disappointed regularly because I am but if I feel im right I will fight for what I believe if for nothing else to say my peace. Im a single mother with no formal education yet I am more financially stable that friends with bachelors and or graduate degrees. I dont ever pay interest on anything , everything is over priced to begin with so why would I pay interest and pay more ? Would you take 5.00 and throw it out the window or walk past a five dollar bill on the sidewalk ? Im very honest to a fault , Maybe its in your favor and maybe not but truth is just that take it or not its still truth. Ive had people say im burning bridges and I may need that person in the future, I burn bridges I dont want to ever cross again. If I had to choose between keeping a lying pos bridge who can help me in a corporate world or burn that bridge and struggle to that corporate world , I choose to struggle. I had an issue at Ron Marhofer from 2 years ago that I just learned of last week. I didn't feel anything would be done but being who I am I had to say my peace and stand up for what I believed in. Most companies wouldn't of done a thing a week later let alone 2 years later. I contacted Marhofer expecting to have nothing done and pushed aside. I must say I was shocked when Chris Marhofer took care of the ordeal within 24 hours. A person who believes your truth and rectifies the situation says that that person is also honest and full of integrity. So the world does still have a ray of sunshine from a large corporation like Marhofer. I cant thank him enough and will spread the word of the integrity and honesty of this company. Thank you so very much.
Great experience purchasing my new Santa Fe.
Taking our Hyundai Sonata back to Ron Marhofer on Monday 9-17-18 because of a front end issue. This is the 8th front in issue with the car since November 2014. The extended warranty has been while worth the money we spent on it but it's time to find a new service department because I'm tired of dealing with this.
I found the exact car I wanted on cars.com. After researching for a weeks I drove 75 miles to test drive a 2010 Kia Sportage. The sales girl told me she drove it the night before and the brakes went to the floor and it scared her to death. I took it to a Firestone to get it checked out and they told me it needed all new brakes, pads and calipers. (they told me the car was not safe to drive) When I got back I wanted the car and asked them to just fix the brakes add it to the price of the car and I would buy it. They said no it was as is. I told them it want safe to drive and they didn't care. They had some tech drive it and he said there was nothing wrong even though the peddle went to the floor. They didn't put it up on a rack or even open the hood. The sales mangers that were there didn't drive it. When I told them I wasn't interested and got up to leave they wanted to fight with me. They followed me out and some guy came down from upstairs as they surrounded me and wouldn't let me leave. Three of them and one of me. I find it really sad that I looked at another SUV back home and the guy came right out and showed me what he paid at the auction and what he fixed. (he replaced the brakes) These fools expected me to drive home (75 miles) with an unsafe car they didn't drive or even look at. THEY JUST WANTED TO FIGHT WITH ME.. THEY JUST WANTED TO BE RIGHT. What is also sad is they said Firestone is notorious for ripping people off while they tried to pressure me into buying a car with brakes that were not safe. ironic.... Last but not least I still want the car, know it could be a simple fix but realize they will wait for someone that they can lie to and pressure into buying it. I hope this isn't representative of the entire dealership and just these two fools that call themselves, team leaders. What is wrong with people?????????
Just wanted to let you know how your team had changed an awful memory to a great experience. 10 years ago when I bought my first new car at Marhofer, an Accent which I fell in love with the moment I saw it, it was a bad experience from the moment I sat down with the financing department rep (A issue with the paperwork I had pointed out and was not corrected) resulting in issues for well over a year and then later some problems with the maintenance department, who I had to deal with on several occasions. The experience was so bad It over shadowed the good service that I received from the sales consultant I had back then. My brother went to Marhofer a few weeks ago and met with John Dalessandro who sold him his first new car and how he talks he got the experience that I wished I had for my first buy. I found myself about a week and a half ago in the position of needing a new car. Because of the positive experience with John, my mother and brother dragged me to the place I swore that it would be a cold day in hell before I returned to. I met John and became quickly comfortable with him, not because of how he interacted with me but how he talked and interacted with my family and especially my brother. Long story short I did end up purchasing a beautiful Mitsubishi outlander sport. When it came down to the financing part of the experience Chris was just as great as John, he and his observer were more than patient with me reading over all the papers and even rereading the page that caused all of the issues 10 years ago. A total different and very pleasant experience compared to the first one. With one minor hiccup regarding a recall repair that needed done before I could take the SUV home I can say I look forward to using Marhofer again.
