I called on a Saturday and had an appointment scheduled for the following Monday. That was great. Some dealerships that I have visited are working one week out, if not more. The visit was definitely worthy of a five star review, from the greeting by the first attendant to the last hand shake with the service consultant. Everyone did an awesome job. My consultant, Jose Henriquez, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, polite, and engaging. He personally made the experience exactly the way a service visit should be.
