My wife and I just bought a 2024 Kia Telluride SX-Prestige X-Line from Troncalli, and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. This was honestly one of the smoothest car purchases I've ever made, and I've bought quite a few vehicles over the years.
Our salesman, Bill Smith, set the tone right away. He was polite, helpful and a great communicator, answering every question quickly and keeping us in the loop at every step. Bill is very personable. He took the time to show my wife many of the Telluride's features, and she left confident and excited about her new car. He was also very patient with me while I looked the car over inside and out, and he never rushed us or applied pressure.
The finance side was just as impressive. DJ and Brett were honest, straightforward and not overly pushy, which is rare in my experience. They explained everything clearly, respected our decisions, and made the paperwork easy instead of stressful.
From the sales floor to the finance office, the whole team at Troncalli made us feel comfortable and valued. I would absolutely buy from this team again, and I'd recommend them to anyone shopping for a vehicle. Thank you, Bill, DJ and Brett, for a great experience!
