Extreme Collision in Cuba is looking for an experienced Collision Estimator to join our team!
Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality repair environment? Are you organized, customer-focused, and confident working with insurance companies and production teams? We want to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
✅ Writing accurate, complete repair estimates using CCC
✅ Communicating with customers throughout the repair process
✅ Working directly with insurance adjusters
✅ Blueprinting vehicles and identifying all necessary repair operations
✅ Monitoring supplements and obtaining approvals
✅ Coordinating with technicians and the production team to meet goals
✅ Ensuring repairs meet OEM and safety standards
✅ Assisting with scheduling and vehicle delivery
📋 QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ Previous collision estimating experience REQUIRED
✔️ Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and OEM procedures
✔️ Experience with CCC estimating software
✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔️ A team mindset and positive attitude
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Valid driver’s license
