Had the pleasure of joining my colleagues from management, sales & service to represent Land Rover South Shore at the Defender TRěK 2025 Off-Road Competition in beautiful Montana earlier this month.

Competing in a mixture of challenges, we worked together to finish strong, utilizing the DEFENDER’S breadth of capability to keep us moving. As a retailer competition, we absolutely enjoyed the energy & focus on the DEFENDER brand and what it represents.

Congratulations to my client who upgraded her 2021 Range Rover Velar, to a new 2024 Range Rover Velar.

When she took delivery of her 2021 Range Rover, I was her Encore Delivery Specialist who assisted her in setting up her PIVI Pro profile, InControl Remote and made her feel comfortable navigating her vehicle’s features in 2021.

Present day- It is a pleasure to assist clients throughout their purchase process and build upon their relationship with JLR South Shore and the House of Brands.

Had the pleasure of upgrading my client to their new 2024 Defender 110, coming from a 2021 Defender 110.

With additional comfort/technology features and updated Advanced Driver Assist Systems- Their Defender lifestyle just got better.

They shared some unacceptable experiences at fellow JLR retailers in the state and I am pleased they will remain with the brand and welcome them to the South Shore family.
