We are seeking an organized Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and support daily business operations. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service over the phone and in person. This role combines customer service with essential administrative tasks, invoicing, parts tracking, and light office upkeep.
* Job Type: Full or Part -Time
* Location: On-site
* Pay Range depends on experience.
$15.00 - $22.00 starting.

Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Greet clients warmly and route incoming phone calls to the correct team members.
* Billing & Invoicing: Generate accurate customer invoices and process payments efficiently.
* Data Management: Organize, update, and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
* Office Maintenance: Keep the reception, lobby, and shared office spaces clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
* Experience: some experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front-desk role would be preferred. But not mandatory.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and basic math skills for invoicing.
* Organization: Strong attention to detail with proven ability to file accurately and track inventory items.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
* Work Ethic: Must be punctual. Willingness to maintain a clean environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

If you drove through water higher than 1/2 way up your wheel you could have water intrusion in your rear differential, transmission, transfer case, or even your interior. Flood damage is very serious and commonly not repaired correctly. We’re here to help. Come by or have it towed in. We will do a thorough and in depth inspection and advise you what the best option to deal with it is.
