We are looking for a front desk receptionist. Someone with a great attitude, happy personality as you are the first to meet and greet customers at Scarlett's Collision Center.
Greet visitors and welcome customers as they arrive at the office with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Excellent customer service skills and organization, provide office management, schedule meetings, assist in administrative support if needed.
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information regarding our services.
Manage incoming phone calls and screen or forward calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the auto body technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
Taking messages and or scheduling appointments.
Maintain an organized and tidy reception and break area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork, including insurance forms and authorization documents.
Collaborate with the auto body shop team to ensure a smooth and timely repair process for customers' vehicles.
Assist with repair orders, manage insurance paperwork, and provide updates to customers about their vehicle’s repair status.
Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and empathetic manner, striving for effective resolution.
Provide administrative support for various administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing the flow of paperwork and bookkeeping within the body shop. This includes accurately documenting repair orders, parts, invoices, and insurance claims.
Maintain organized records to ensure easy accessibility and retrieval of information.
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records accurately.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
