I want to take a moment to thank everyone for their patience as we enter the busiest season for the collision repair industry.🥵😵‍💫😵‍💫 This fall has been a doozy.

We've been busy getting after it all summer, with no time to post. Here's a few completed jobs. I have a few videos to finish up for yall at some point to.
The weather is cooler, and the bucks are moving again. Don't say I didn't warn you!! 😅😂

This is a key source for headlamps used by prominent insurers like Progressive, Allstate, Farmers, American Family and State Farm. 🚩🚩🚩

🗑 The source of these lamps is uncertain, as they may be stolen, recovered from a collision shop's dumpster, or extracted from wrecked vehicles in an unprofessional manner.

🛠 The fixes made to these alternatively sourced lamps often include glue, staples, and 3D printed replacement tabs. The lamps are not checked for function or fit at these facilities.

At Travelers, we have proven these parts to be unacceptable for your repairs through comparison to OEM lamps. The used/recycled/reconditioned and Aftermarket replacement lamps do not function as needed, and are returned. It's a time consuming process, but is necessary when the big name insurer decides to put their profits above your safety and financial well being.

This is an everyday occurrence, especially with the larger insurers. If you are ever steered to a preferred facility, just know that its not to benefit you, its to benefit the CEO's and shareholders. If you would ever want to have a repair reinspected, feel free to reach out.

My family and I would like to thank everyone for all they have done for us and the growing business over the past year.

Whether it be a referral, a shared post, or a collision job we were able to perform for you, it's all GREATLY appreciated!

We have been capable of buying equipment that I dreamt of having while working in dealerships, and gained access to more repair information than I have ever had access to as a tech. The program Alldata, (coupled with OEM repair subscriptions as needed) helps to ensure your vehicle is repaired as the manufacturer requires/recommends. I have attended more training in the last 3 years than I had the previous 15 years with employers, all while being able to spend more time with family.

Without your support, we couldn't possibly grow in the leaps and bounds we have, BOTH as a family AND a family-run business!
