Q - What is an RV inspection? A - An RV inspection is like a home inspection. In fact, there are more systems in an RV than a typical home. And, these "homes on wheels" cost as much if not more than there fixed counterparts. An RV inspection covers analysis of all the items in an RV that can cost the buyer thousands of dollars if they are not discovered before making an RV purchase. Q - What sort of things is the certified RV inspector looking for? A - The inspector examines the electrical systems for safety and function, mechanical issues that may be present, test the propane system for leaks, fresh black and grey water systems, and search for areas of water intrusion. An RV inspection on a motorized RV should have all mechanical components that use oil and coolant tested! Fluid analysis can be done at the time of inspection and results come back from the lab in a few days. Q - Who is Howard?
