We completely understand that life happens. Things come up, schedules change, emergencies happen — and we truly do our best to be understanding.

That being said, we’ve been experiencing quite a few last-minute cancellations and no-shows, and we want to remind everyone that when you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved specifically for you and your vehicle.

As a small business, a last-minute cancellation can mean that we’re unable to fill that appointment slot with another customer who may have been waiting to get in. That directly affects our ability to serve everyone and keep our business running.

📌 If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.
📌 Last-minute cancellations and no-shows may be subject to our cancellation policy.
📌 Please don’t hesitate to reach out if something unexpected comes up — communication goes a long way!

🚨 A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS 🚨

We understand that things happen. Life gets busy, schedules change, and sometimes appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled. We’re always willing to work with our customers when something comes up.

However, repeated last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows are not fair to a small business. When you reserve a time with us, that time is taken off the schedule specifically for you. We turn away other customers to honor the appointment you booked.

We kindly ask that you respect our time the same way we respect yours.

⚠️ Please understand that repeated appointment cancellations or no-shows may result in us choosing to refuse future service.

We don’t want to have to do that, and it’s not something we take lightly. But as a small, family-owned business, we have to protect our time, our schedule, and our ability to serve customers who are serious about their appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, just communicate with us. We’d much rather have a conversation than have someone simply not show up.
