Latest project is headed back to work, truck came in 2.5 weeks ago and got some much needed love, new half fenders, new fuel tanks and added 2 tank hangers per tank, new tail light panel from I-29 Custom Truck Parts and new cab and cowl panels. Body was removed, frame was stripped, sand blasted and painted white, painted the hubs blue as well as fenders, fuel tanks,air tanks, side panels, back of visor, air bag tops and bunk shocks, I’m sure there’s things I’m forgetting that this truck got but here are some before and after pictures, thank you Ian Schoenherr for trusting us with your truck, it turned out amazing

Well this project has been in the works since January I believe, haven’t made many posts about it but it is now coming to a end so it’s time to share it, “Project Little Big Hood” is a 1988 peterbilt 378, it got new top panels of the hood and new grill and grill shell to convert it to what’s called a little big hood kit to flatten out the short hood slope, mounted up a 48” sleeper off a 2010 389, converted it to new 389 cab doors and cab mount style mirror brackets, installed new SS air breathers, new take off battery step boxes, new fuel tanks, new SS cab/sleeper panels and we added lights onto them, 6” pipes, Herd bumper and many more parts went on just to many to list, on the interior it got new carpet and insulation in the whole cab, new Atlas 2 seats, iowa customs seat base for drivers seat, new steering wheel that we paint matched to the body color, new air brake k***s, switch extensions and gauge covers, wired up the bunk to function and also the new doors to have power windows, we also made all new a/c lines for the cab and to the bunk, i know this post doesn’t cover everything done to this truck, there has been a lot of time an effort put into this truck and finally seeing it mostly finished up and how it turned out from how it started is pretty dang cool

We have yet to install a hydra pack wet kit and fix a couple oil leaks and the ol girl is ready to get to back to work.
