First time riding in the Jamboree Days Parade in our hometown of Crestline! Awesome to see so many out in the streets celebrating the best town in this great nation of ours! Did learn a lot for next year:

There was never any doubt how strong and resilient our community is. Mountain people are just that way. Strong. United. Caring. There for one another.

The stories we have heard from friends, customers, strangers, all end with the same—how awesome the people of our mountain are.

We want to give huge thanks to those friends and strangers that came out and helped us (along with our amazing employees who btw are FAMILY) clear the shop. Your kindness does not go unnoticed. THIS is why we are here. There is no better place to live, work, and be a part of then our mountain communities. YOU are the best!

San Bernardino County is offering up to $500 in reimbursement to mountain residents and business owners to cover snow removal costs on private driveways, walkways, and roads. Snow removal costs incurred between February 22, 2023 and May 1, 2023 are eligible, and claims for reimbursement must be submitted by May 10, 2023.

To take advantage of this new benefit, property owners will need to hire and pay a private vendor for snow removal services. Reimbursement claims will be paid out via check within 30 days of receipt.

This is GREAT news!

I have great news! But first I would like to give a huge shout out to Brandon Atchison and Brad Abraham for coming out to clear a path to our meter this morning, to the guys from Goodwins Market for coming to help shovel and to the guys from So Cal Gas that we found down the street to come check out our meter! You guys truly are a blessing! Our meter has been repaired! We do not have the OK to open yet and are waiting on another department from So Cal Gas to turn our service on. Once service has been restored, we will have to clean up as we exacuated quickly, leaving behind a mess. We will keep you all posted on an opening date.
We have partnered with our food supplier Sysco and our local rep Gil Rosas and Mario Alvarez to get donations and care packages to our community in need.
The sun is shining bright today, and we are blessed to be here! Thank you all for your kind words and support during these tough times. We love and appreciate you all and are so blessed to be part of our beautiful community!

Phone and internet back on. Digging out just like everyone else. :)

We have been out and about, on and off the mountain. The roads are passable and continue to be worked on (widened). Please remember to use caution when driving as many interior roads are still one lane.

We are a unique community. We are reslient. We come together. This is why we love it here. Our community makes us proud.
