Sigh. First job of the morning simple oil change nothing to it can’t reach the filter from the top. Is it hot picture will explain. In case you were wondering why we’re typically in a bad mood lol. I hope everybody stays warm today. Be careful out there folks. Remember make sure you turn your wipers off when you park your car and clean all the snow and ice off of them before turning them on.

Happy Friday morning it is August 29. Wow another summer almost in the books. I wanted to take a moment and explain something that’s going on here at the shop. We have signed on with a new credit card processor. Our shop supplies fees used to encompass credit card Fees. We have removed them. They are now adjusted to reflect the use of rags, penetrating oil, small amounts of paint, etc., to cover our expenses. The hazmat fees on our order are all a dollar because we do responsibly, dispose of used engine oil and such. Returning clients in good standing can pay by personal check. Clients may also take advantage of an additional discount for paying cash. All plastic card transactions will now be charged 4% not by me by the processing company. This move is nowadays a necessity I’ve been told I should just raise my prices by the entire industry. I’ve also been told us like raising labor, would cover, etc. etc. etc. I don’t wanna pass that on. This move became a necessity as the current processor wanted $1100 for a new terminal that they will functionally support and will be credit card compliant while still charging me a percentage of each transaction.. I am not willing to do that. As always, we appreciate everybody support. I hope everybody has a fantastic day. .

The other morning these keys were hanging on my front door. I’m assuming somebody walking around found these somewhere and just as a courtesy threw them on the door. If anybody’s missing a set of keys, the tag says 2024 Chevrolet Malibu please stop by with the car if this transmitter works, it’s gladly yours come and get it.

I will stack them in front of the shop till this evening then they’re going on the wall. Rather give them to somebody who needs them. Please don’t PM me don’t ask me any questions. I hope everybody is enjoying the day. We will be closed Friday, July 4 which will lead into our vacation. We will be out of the shop until Monday 8 AM July 14. I hope nobody blows any fingers off over the Fourth of July, but has an absolute ball celebrating the magnificent country we live in.
