How often do you service your quads moving parts? This link had a full season on it. Owner wouldve never known thw bearings were dust if we didnt remove the shock for rebuild. Pressurewashing and riding in the elements take there toll on bearings. All fresh again. PS. Dont just hammer the bearings in, take the time to pack them with a good waterproof grease (we always use lucas red and tacky) press them in nicely!! Happy rebuild season.

Quick custom flatbed for a customer. wanted to keep the deck height low and the rear bumper for a step for this older gentleman. In doin that I keyed all the cross members into the outer structure to keep it strong but still low profile. This also kept the decking flush for a clean smooth look. Stake pockets with rub rails and a simple head rack with mesh to protect the cab. Led tail lights and light pods reverse. He's goin to deck it with some pt boards to finish it off.

Finally back in the shop after rotator cuff and bicep surgery. What a recovery. Frame is POR 15, cab is mounted with 3" pucks, Got the sub floor fabricated, body mount supports built, tinned, pillars bent and ready for install, all fully welded and seam sealed. Now it's tail gate mounting time.
