Children ages 3 through entering 5th grade, who are registered in the children’s summer reading challenge, can join us on July 8th for the Halfway check-in event. Families can drop-in on July 8th, anytime from 1-4 pm, to make a snack and a craft. Children should bring their reading log.
If unable to attend this program, children can check-in with a Youth Services librarian through July 18th. Please call 822-9102 with any questions.

Please note the Coventry Public Library will be closed on Friday, July 3rd and Saturday, July 4th in observance of the Independence Day Holiday. 🎉

The library will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, July 6th.

Also, please note the of Coventry, RI (Coventry Town Hall and other Town offices) will be observing the Independence Day holiday on Monday, July 6th. Therefore, they will be open for business on Friday, July 3rd and will reopen for regular business hours on Tuesday, July 7th.

Due to the heat wave, sanitation will be starting collection at 6:00am for the remainder of this week starting 6/30-7/3. Please have both your trash and recycle cans curbside by 6:00am to ensure collection. Thank you.
