Step 1: check out our DealerRater reviews. Like this one “My car had to be towed into the shop, and I was expecting that whatever repairs were needed, they were going to be scary and high, and I assumed it would take days or weeks since it was a sudden issue. Car was fine Tuesday, wouldn't start Wednesday. Mike called me several times, told me exactly what would happen and how much it would cost, and then called when the car was ready -- cost was not out of line, car was ready in just over 24 hours, and it even got a bath. I am always treated well at Jack Phelan.” Step 2: give us a call!
