Terry's Tech Talk Nissan Technology Specialist giving others information about new updated technology in their vehicles Business is earned not given.

I started in the car business about 15 years ago in sales, I've had a fascination for the automotive industry all my life. I have been involved in the manufacturing of automobile assemblies, Production, Quality Control, Production Supervisor and Employee Involvement Facilitator. Understanding the business from the ground up, competing in a global market for customer satisfaction and bringing this knowledge to vehicle sales with the idea of always listening to my customer's needs by selecting the perfect vehicle. Technology has evolved at a rapid pace and to be honest can be very overwhelming. That is why we feel it is very important here at Edwards Nissan for our customers to understand all the great technology through an interactive delivery process. Our customers feel very comfortable knowing they are welcomed to come back for an Encore delivery. I knew by accomplishing this goal my customers would return for future business relations.
