Somewhere along the course of life, you learn about yourself and realize there should never be regrets, only a lifelong appreciation of the choices you've made. In 2007, we had to make a very BIG decision...Move out of the area in search of jobs or open our own business. Raised in Potter County, this is where we wanted to raise our own children. We love it here and we love the people! With Matt's excellent tech skills and reputation as a mechanic along with my business education, we took the plunge as partners and opened Hafer's Quality Auto Repair. We have learned so much over the past 12 years and have met a lot of really awesome people, many who we consider great friends. It was definitely a risk, starting a business in a small town, but it was a risk worth taking and we have no regrets! We are so thankful for the support of our Customers who continue to refer new customers to us each and everyday! From the bottom of our hearts...Thank you for helping us live our dream!
Company Policies: ~All invoices MUST be paid for in full before vehicles will be released. We can no longer accept partial payments or post dated checks. ~ Vehicles should be picked up by 5:30pm, unless prior arrangements have been made. Our family time is important to us!
~ Vehicles must be picked up and paid for within 3 business days of completion. ~Estimates over $600 require a 50% deposit at time of scheduling. ~Tires need to be paid for at time of ordering. ~There is a $50 fee for all returned checks!
