I’m no dentist but, Remember to always use fluoride on your teeth in your head and your jeep to make them strong and not break off like the one pictured . Customer brought us his hard to hot start 6.0 powerstroke. One blown oring on a stand pipe put this truck on the side of the road. While we had it in the shop making repairs we noticed all the cab mounts were literally falling apart. We informed the customer of this and he opted for a set of no limit fab silicone cab mounts with a lifetime warranty. Most every 6.0 and 6.4 powerstrokes suffer from these bad body mounts from Ford. Give us a call to get yours fixed with out waiting weeks on end for a set of S&B mounts that are almost impossible to get

On today’s episode of what you SHOULD NOT DO to your car. If you ever find yourself low on coolant, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT add just plain tap/hose pipe/ drinking water. Those kinds of water still have minerals in them that once they collide with coolant cause a corrosive environment inside your engine and cause thick rust to form and clogs up small places such as the engine oil cooler ( as you can see one side has water and rust sludge, The other doesn’t ) which is a vital part of your engine. The only substitute in non freezing environments would be deionized/distilled water but remember water freezes so don’t leave it in your car during cold temps. Them best solution is have the original problem ( the leak) fixed and add the proper type of coolant.

Two rants tied into one job. One is for everyone that drives vehicles and the other is specifically to the 6.0 powerstroke owners out there. First one-If a shop is too lazy to replace o-rings and just slathers some silicone/rtv on the old ones to seal something up and you know about it. 👏🏻GO👏🏻 PICK👏🏻 YOUR👏🏻 CAR 👏🏻UP 👏🏻FROM 👏🏻THAT 👏🏻PLACE 👏🏻EVEN 👏🏻IF👏🏻 IT👏🏻 HAS 👏🏻TO👏🏻 BE 👏🏻TOWED 👏🏻SOMEWHERE 👏🏻ELSE ( like C.A.R.S lol ) Shops like the one that performed this job give a bad name to all the ones out there who do the job 110% every time and not just charge the like it’s done 110%. Secondly to the 6.0 owners, don’t knowingly let a shop put a made in china oil cooler on your truck. They will fail again and usually not just stop up like the first ones ford made these cheap ling long ching chong suckers burst and create a milkshake party for a shop to clean out and it gets everywhere. Which in the long run cost you a lot lot more than the $200 you saved not buying a quality oil cooler. That is all back to regular programming now
