Able Mobile RV Insp & Repair

I work on RV's, pop ups, travel trailers, 5th wheels, park models, ice castles, boat, rec and utility trailers, etc. Charges for general services of travel trailers and 5th wheels:

Service call within 40 miles of Cambridge, MN $125
Additional mileage $4 per mile

Labor rate (Minimum 1 hr per service call) $150 / hr

Pre-sale inspection (plus service call) $500
This to include these checks

(no repairs included)
• Propane system for regulator setting, leak detection, auto tank changeover
• Water system pressure testing for leaks (water pump test if water available to put in fresh tank)
• Water flow test (if water available)
• Appliance check for operation (refrigerator can only be tested for starting and initial cooling, needs 12 hrs for full cooling efficiency) A/C, Heat, Stove, Oven, Water heater
• Slide-out operation
• Sidewall appearance for water damage
• Roof calking around openings, end moldings and side molding
• Tank values not checked unless at location where dumping is possible

Water heater flush approx. 1hr
• Check propane and/or electric operation
• Flush tank for sediment
• Replace anode rod if needed, part cost additional to service

All other services and repairs will have estimates submitted when diagnosis is complete. Once approval for repairs have been given, parts will be ordered if needed and repairs completed as soon as possible. This may require 2nd trip to location, but service call fee will be waived for the second trip.
