Paint Condition:
The paint job on this is wild, ghost flames, metallic flame green paint, not exactly sure when it was painted but my guess is probably more than 30 years ago, it still shines great. Because of the age there is some paints chips and cracking in a few places, overall its in great shape for the age

The Chrome Spoke wheels and Goodyear Tires are in great shape, they roll true, hold air, and grip to the road good.

Mechanical Condition
This motorcycle is in perfect mechanical condition, it starts really easy. Runs down the road straight, shifts smoothly, and accelerates strong. Not much is known on when the motor and transmission were last built. I'm guessing by looking at the finishes on the motor that there is not many miles on this motor. I'm guessing it may be Stroked, Cams?

We just got this back from Tiny's Vintage Motorcycle shop in Sierra Vista, AZ he sorted this thing out for us, changed all the fluids, and adjusted everything to make road worthy

Check it out!!!

For Sale - 1939 Indian Sport Scout Roy Burke Custom

This is a custom built, 1939 Indian Sport Scout 45 inch Bobber. This bike was built by a famous rider/builder Roy Burke in the early 90’s for a young friend to ride AMCA events on the west coast. This Bobber has been in controlled storage for the last 20 years or so and is now offered for sale from the original owner. This motorcycle famously completed many Borrego Springs Winter Road Runs and the Death Vally Road Run in the mid 1980’s appearing at the Borrego Springs Winter Road Run and also at the Death Valley Run in the middle to late 1990’s. This is a custom Indian Sport Scout Bobber. This bike has undergone a complete service and is ready for the next ride.

Roy Burke was a national rider who later owned an Indian franchise in the Pacific Northwest and then an early Honda Franchise dealer. This bobber is made with Roy’s riding expertise and knowledge of mixing and matching parts. This is a great rider! He built this bike for my sister to ride and that she did!

MILEAGE: Unknown Mileage on this build, but less than 2000.

PAINT: Nicely painted during the original build with some storage scratches. Paint will shine right up with a good detail.

SHEET METAL: Sheetmetal is in excellent shape with a few storage scratches and a ding to the right front tank. Tank is clean and in good shape.

CHROME: Some chrome in great shape

MECHANICAL: This was a great running machine when put in storage 20 years ago. It has recently been serviced and brought back to life. The tuner stated that this is a great bike! This is a 45inch 750cc engine, 6 volt system, 3 speed transmission, built up by Roy Burke.

Price: Hard to put a value on such a cool custom, the last one we sold like this sold for over 30K. We are offering this one starting at $24,800.00 its ready for its next home!!

Oh Dang!!! Check this thing out!!! Its Crazy!!

New to the Market and the first time its been seen in over 20 years!!!

1939 Indian Sport Scout / Honda? not even sure!! I can tell you this thing is wicked cool!! Created by the Legendary Roy Burke (AMA Hall of Famer / Racer / Builder) years ago its a hoped up Indian scout motor grafted to some sort of Japanese Frame and Fork?

Imagine the possibilities? The Fun? Leave as is and have a safe urban commuter with the blinkers and disk brakes, strip the lights and put a knobby on it and compete in the Biltwell 100, Jump cactuses in AZ, ride the offroad BDR or TAT Trails? How about all of the above!!

It was put away years ago in perfect running order and I am sure wont take much to get it burning many gallons of gas and oil!!

Hard to put a value on this, but lets start at $27,500.00 (will accept reasonable offers) This is another great motorcycle being offered out of the Hanger Collection, every motorcycle that we have listed has sold within 24 hours!! Dont Mis

Sale Pending!

Fresh out of long-term storage in “The Hangar Collection,” this purpose-built 1937 Indian Scout racer/bobber is the real deal
— a machine with roots deep in the golden era of West Coast racing culture.

Commissioned by Jim Profit and brought to life by “Smokey” of Long Beach, using an engine sourced from legendary builder “Pop” Lee Stanley, this bike represents a rare collaboration between some of California’s most respected Indian racing minds. Smokey completed the final assembly, and the bike was delivered to its current owner — where it remained tucked away, preserved and untouched for over 20 years.

This isn’t just a motorcycle — it’s a track-bred, hand-built racer with authentic period modifications and undeniable attitude. Built for speed,

🔥 Big News Coming Soon… A True Indian Legend Is Headed to Market! 🔥

That’s right — we’re incredibly excited to announce that Johnny Eagles’ legendary 1929 Indian 101 Scout will soon be available to the next caretaker.

This is the very same, well-traveled Scout that has appeared in numerous Indian motorcycle books and has been featured by noted historian Harry Sucher. Johnny owned and rode this machine for nearly 70 years, acquiring it back in 1956, and over those decades it became part of countless rides, stories, and memories that helped shape the modern antique motorcycle community.

We can’t wait to share the full story behind this remarkable motorcycle — and soon help it find its next chapter with a passionate steward who appreciates what an icon like this represents.

If you’d like early updates or first notice before this Scout officially hits the market, reach out to us now and get on the list.

A motorcycle like this doesn’t come around often… and when it does, it doesn’t stay available long.

1914 Harley-Davidson Board Track Racer
Offered by Classic Motorcycle Consignments (Owner is open to Trades)

Few machines capture the danger, innovation, and spectacle of early American motorcycling like a board track racer. This exceptional example, built in the spirit of Harley-Davidson’s pioneering competition machines, represents one of the most thrilling chapters in motorcycle history — when racing speeds climbed, technology advanced rapidly, and riders became national heroes.

Based on a 1914 Harley-Davidson Model 10 series, this racer reflects the era when Harley-Davidson began formally committing resources to professional racing — a move that helped establish the brand’s performance reputation for generations to come.

For many years, this striking racer served as the centerpiece of a private collection, displayed indoors as functional mechanical sculpture. Positioned proudly within a living room setting, it became a conversation piece embodying the romance and danger of early American motorsport.

This motorcycle faithfully reflects the form and function of period board track machines:

• 61 cubic inch air-cooled IOE (Inlet Over Exhaust) V-Twin engine
• Schebler carburetor
• Bosch magneto ignition
• Direct drive — no clutch or transmission
• Push-start operation only
• Fixed pedals for rider bracing and control
• Short-coupled racing frame geometry
• Rigid racing fork
• Large diameter 28-inch paint-matched spoked wheels
• Brown leather Mesinger racing saddle
• No brakes, consistent with board track competition machines
• Gray finish with period-correct blue, red, and gold pinstriping

The overall layout emphasizes speed and minimalism — low handlebars, narrow stance, and aggressive riding position all designed to reduce wind resistance and maximize control on steep banking.

Owner is ready to move this to its new caretaker, offered at $74,950.00. Owner is willing to listen to reasonable offers or trades
