SOLD John Deere 730 gas row crop. It starts and runs very well. All items—brake pedals, drawbar, gearshift—suggest this is a low-hour tractor. The previous owner said it sat in a collection for 15-20 years. I don't see any welds (except one, I'll mention later). Transmission is extremely quite (no wear in the last 15-20 years). Previous owner said he rebuilt the clutch. Has original clamshell fenders. I believe it has the oringal 2 rib front tires. Power steering is noticeable. It has a high speed transmission and still retains the faded decal on the gearshift quadrant. I cant stress the lack of wear on the quadrant and how well it shifts-- and how quiet the transmission is. There are 3 issues I saw. There is a small weld on the 3pt. The grills need replaced but it is extremely straight metal. The fitting that goes in the tank gets plugged when driving. I am sure the tank will need cleaned, I do not think it needs lined. John Deere 1955 50 original. This looks to be original paint, it is a late 50 with the late style gas tank and power steering. PS works. Starters and drives fine. Front tires like new. Rear are decent. Rear rims have some rust. It sat in an estate for many years, we bought it, put a new carburetor on it and it started up. There are two things it needs, the first is new wiring harness and the second is a new manifold assembly. Nice late 50s can be hard to find. John Deere late 520 620 720 or 530 630 730 square tube front axle. This the lasted of the 3 square styles and the most wanted. Extremely nice from end except for what appears to me a small crack in the 1/4 inch between one of the bolt holes and the edge. $1800 plus shipping. Hard to find these front ends and even harder to find one that isn’t wore out and welded up.

John Deere 620 LP. Starts and runs great. Transmission seems good. Clutch seems good. Left brake will need to be rebuilt. Throttle handle has a weld but a used one is included. Has the LP gauges had the tins around them and k**b is on top to hold down lid. These parts are usually missing. Sheetmetal is decent. 3pt looks fine, no toplink. Fenders are decent. Just a nice clean off the farm tractor. It has a leak when v***r valve is open; I don’t know if it is a line or valve. $3250 with 3pt (no toplink) or $2500 without. No I won’t take $2500 with hitch. I won’t take less than what is stated unless I reduce it in the future. About 5 parts on this is worth what I’m asking. If you need to know where we are, click on our profile and read all about us.
