Some days it feels like it all happened in the blink of an eye. Other days, it feels we’ve lived a lifetime.
There are days like today when we’re both still working long after the sun starts to set. Then there are the moments when we stop, look around, and realize we’re living a life we never could have imagined.
It all started with one phone call…
“Hey babe… I found a small shop for sale in my hometown. What do you think?”
“I think you should call….”
Ten years later, I’m still so grateful we took the chance. Faith over fear. Hard work over excuses. And one simple “yes” that changed everything.
And somewhere along the way, our kids grew up too. They found their footing, chased their own dreams, and stepped into adulthood with opportunities we never could have given them if we hadn’t taken that leap. Watching them build their own lives has been one of the greatest blessings of all.
Thanks to our friends and family and friends who became family for the love, prayers, and encouragement along the way
Here’s to the dream that started with one phone call… and to everything that’s still ahead.

We know this guy doesn’t like any attention but we can’t let this week go by without saying thank you. Tomorrow will be Clarence Petty’s last day at Goben Automotive.
