Decor by Toria Welcome! I specialize in making crepe flowers for any occasion and it is my pleasure to assist you in creating the decor you've dreamed of.

I started my shop in May of 2011, while I was living in Miami Beach, FL. I had never had a real job and therefore was having a hard time finding any work at all. My boyfriend had to use my car to get back and forth to work, so my choices were limited even further. I was desperate to help out with our bills and actually have SOMETHING to do. I had been playing around with the idea of starting an Et

sy shop for over a year but wasn't sure what products to sell. One day, as I was scrolling through Pinterest, I saw a tutorial on how to make a pinwheel, so I got out my crafting supplies, made a bunch in different sizes, threw them on the floor to make a random design, and my first pinwheel cluster was born! Okay, so it wasn't THAT easy...there was a lot of trial and error involved...and a LOT of wasted paper and hot glue. Eventually, my skills and interests evolved from the pinwheels I originally sold here in my shop to the crepe flowers I have available today!
