🦌 Deer season is here—is your auto insurance ready?

As we enter one of our busiest seasons at Utegg’s Body Shop, we want to remind our customers to review their auto insurance policy—especially their rental reimbursement coverage.

An unexpected deer collision can leave you without your vehicle while repairs are underway. Having rental coverage can help keep you on the road and ease the financial stress of paying for a rental out of pocket.

Adding rental coverage may cost around $2–$15 per month, depending on your policy. By comparison, a rental car can cost $300–$700 for just one week.

Please note: Rental coverage must be in place before the accident happens. Adding it afterward will not cover a rental for that claim!

A quick conversation with your insurance agent now could save you added expense and frustration later. Ask whether you have rental coverage and what daily and total limits apply.
