Step by step process on a sun damaged hood repair.
1. Only solution is to strip off the old paint to the metal substrate .
2. Prime and sand block imperfections.
3. Shoot a coat of primer sealer epoxy. Some might say it’s overkill.
Then color base coat and clear-coat.
Total repair time frame about three days.
