Minit Man Oil Change’s top priority is the well-being of our customers, employees, and community. We are closely observing the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and are following all federal, state, and local government guidelines.
We have taken the following steps to protect everyone's health and safety:
• We have changed our operating procedures. Customers will stay in their cars during the services. All employees are wearing gloves, and only one employee will have contact with the customer, and that employee will wash their hands and use sanitizer between all interactions.
• We have implemented a ridged sanitation policy as recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC).
• Public health guidelines are being followed across our entire team. Any employee who does not feel well or has had any contact with someone infected has been instructed to remain at home.
We will continue to monitor the unfolding events and change policies when needed. Our main goal is to provide the great service you deserve while ensuring the safety of everyone.
