Please Be careful doing business with this dealership. Seth Acherman was my salesman and the day I came in he told me I was approved for my vehicle and it would be detailed. It was a good day. Waited a whole week to come for the vehicle with the down payment.Then comes the day that it’s time to pick the vehicle up. Not only was the vehicle not detailed as promised, but I was Also told I wasn’t approved and they offered me a small car instead! Seth tossed me off to another salesman to tell me the news because I guess he didn’t have the balls to tell me.. (go figure) I was irate and I was cursing because how could you approve me, tell me to come up with a high down payment, and deny me the day of pickup?!? I ended up talking to the GM LYNN.. which was worse, he was ready to start an argument with me and he was also patronizing me as well with tears in my eyes. Be wary of this dealership!
Lithia you guys rock in and out ,fixed in under a hour, with service shifter light on, Allen Samuals wanted me to drop off jeep for 2 to 3 days.
Veterans beware! Do not purchase anything at Lithia Jeep due to the fact I purchased a 2020 Grand Cherokee paint literally falling off bumper was told exterior Force and stick it up my ass. I have a feeling for some reason that it was because I was a veteran that this is happening.
I went in for an oil change & expected to make an appointment to get my ABS system checked out. Instead, David, in your service dept, was able to get my Jeep in & fixed. You guys are the best!!! Thank you so much!! 😊 #HappyCostomer
Just wondering how many people that purchased a vehicle in May 2020 still haven't received any payment information and their trade-in hasn't been paid off. I have called several times, left messages and can't get anyone to call me about this. We were repeat customers, but won't be back after this one. Not happy.

My wife and me were looking to get into a new Jeep, we ended up with sales associate Chancellor(Chance) and he showed us what they had available. We went in to do our financing and it was getting last so needless to say banks were closed. They let us take our Jeep home and said they would call when the paperwork was ready. A few days went by and I called and couldn’t get a hold of finance manager. So I called Chance, he was doing everything he could to ease our mind that the finance manager would call us back. So long story short the person who stayed in contact with me through all of this was Chance. I found out the finance manager that was working our deal transferred to another location and basically tabled our deal leaving us hanging. If it wasn’t for Chance we would of probably lost out on our Jeep, but he went above and beyond what any sales associate should have to do. My wife and I would like to thank you Chancellor(Chance) for going the extra mile to get a deal done!!! If anyone is looking to buy a new Jeep, Dodge or Ram go see Chance, he’s not just a salesman. He cares about his customers and treats you probably better then family. Hopefully you’re still there when it’s time to get another.
