To be direct, I was burnt out on detailing. It lost its shine for me after COVID hit. Why? The market is absurdly saturated with “detailers” that started this “side hustle” and have wrecked the market. I had a busy week this week with details and enjoyed it. I still do what I do, I’m just not out starving for work because my income stream is diversified. Still here, still making them shine, with a lot more experience, better certificates and training, and better product than most of my competitors.

This Dodge Nitro was a really fun project. With only 65,000 miles it was a prime candidate for a restoration and got our prep for sale package. (It is for sale by our customer)

The wheels were rough, the trim was rough, and the paint hadn’t seen clay in many years.

Everything on this ride got a solid pass and a massive improvement. Proper trim restoration that comes with a 2 year warranty. One step paint correction with a 6 month coating. Deep wheel cleaning and polish. Light engine bay detail. Interior got a solid pass as well.

These drastic transformations are absolutely our favorite.

At 3:09am this trailer was stolen from in front of the home it stays at. Quality locks broken, and off it went.

By 4:09 it was back in my possession thanks to the vigilance of Rancho Cucamonga Police Department. Not only that, but they took the time to make sure and get a hold of me at 4am so I wouldn’t have to pay an impound fee. They actually jumped through several hoops to contact me, and it’s deeply appreciated.

I myself am what many would call a “reformed felon”. My felony is over a decade old, and I myself am 4 years sober as well. In light of that, please keep your comments positive in hoping the CAUGHT criminals find their way back to the light. I did, and I hope they find sobriety and a better life. Charges are gladly being pressed with the hope that they find rehabilitation.

From a man written off as a waste, to one making an honest living as a good man, I hope they find the path I did. After… some time to think about what they did with their new felony charges.

Again, the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department at the Rancho Cucamonga station…. Stellar job from all involved.
