The ideal candidate will directly and through subordinates plan, organize, and manage the operations and maintenance of the business. You will be responsible for setting standards for acceptable levels and methods of all operations; conducting inspections in mechanic areas and building; while recommending and implementing new track projects and improvements.
Job Duties:
Hands-on leader; manage day-to-day operations; ensuring quality standards are met while meeting all expectations of our customers.
Handles customer complaints, settles disputes, and resolves conflicts.
Sets a positive example for guest relations. Displays outstanding customer service skills.
Ensures compliance with Cal OSHA requirements; identifies safety concerns and implements preventive measures.
Job Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of Supervisory/Management experience in entertainment, customer service, retail, restaurants, or hospitality.
Great customer service and conflict resolution experience.
Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays. Have open availability - We offer flexible schedules.
Must provide eligibility to work in the US.
Will work some C.S.R. and Manager shifts.

Our adrenaline-filled Arrive and Drive format is designed for walk-in racers on a first-come, first-served basis. We score our go kart races by your the single-fastest lap time, which is shown in real-time on large projector screens, and each racer is given a results sheet that shows how they did against their competition.
