King Triumphs LLC Triumph Motor Car Restoration, Parts, Finished Products, and Information Meetings, safety inspections, timelines and 60 hour weeks are banned in my shop.

King Triumphs is a one man operation dedicated to the preservation and restoration of Triumphs (mainly the TR6 and TR7 models), and for maintaining my dream garage. I've worked on Triumphs off and on for 30 years and now, in retirement, I've made it my full time business/hobby. I'm in this for the sheer enjoyment and not out to make tons of money, just enough to meet expenses. After 40 years as an engineer in manufacturing I savor the solitude, and pure enjoyment of bringing the cars back to life. My restorations are certainly not 5 star perfect cars, but they'll be mechanically correct, detailed as close to original as possible, and just a real nice daily driver. Believe me, I'll spend 3 times the time on certain jobs, looking for the correct fastener and making sure the job is right. My eBay sales are parts I don't need, have too many of, or simply can't use. You'll see from my history that I'm also buying parts for my cars. Here's the back story on the Z4. Of course everybody gets a deja vu feeling, my motto has always been "It was all I ever wanted" ? something in the back of my mind was telling me I'd been here before.

I figured it out....here I am at the Frankfurt Germany auto show in 2005.....setting in a $55000 Z4 that I could only dream of. The silver one is the coupe that was going to come out in 2006 (they wouldn't let you sit in that )

I can't stand it any longer and due to popular demand....here's my new Ultimate Driving Machine :) 2014 BMW Z4 Sdrive 35i...twin turbo, 300 hp...0 to 60 in 5.2 seconds. I have to pinch myself that I found it.
I read the one of the biggest regrets for people in their 90's, is that they were to frugal with their money in their 70's. Well I killed that :)

1968 Triumph GT6 is going to be the death of me. Broken wrist, walking pneumonia, kidney stones, lung scan scare...all happening as I try to rebuild. Starting to get hold of it, but really hard to find parts, just paid $65 for an oil seal from england (Part cost $4.70)...only one in the world.
