On 3/10/26, officers from the Tehama County Probation Department conducted home compliance searches in the Los Molinos area. Upon contact with a Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) offender, officers located of 18.45 grams of methamphetamine. After conducting a further search of the residence, officers located an additional 65.13 grams of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and an operable digital scale. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Tehama County Jail on a PRCS violation and is pending new felony narcotics charges.

DRIVER SAFETY TIP ▪️Involved in a crash?▪️

If you are involved in a crash, and your vehicle is still drivable, move your vehicle to the right shoulder if you are able. Do not attempt to exchange information with the other driver in the middle of the roadway, especially if there is fast-moving traffic! If your vehicle is disabled, either stay in your vehicle with your seatbelt on, or if safe to do so, exit the vehicle and get out of the road to a safe location to await emergency personnel. The last thing we want is a secondary crash leading to further injury or death.
