The boss is at the shop to make sure we did a good job flush-decking the Distant Echo! She approves 😎

It’s about that time, boat owners! Are you ready for your upcoming season? Give us a call at 907-424-7420, or send us a message to get on our Spring calendar.

PWS PSA! We are working on our calendar for the upcoming Spring season.

We understand the last commercial fishing season didn’t leave many folks room in their budget to work on their vessels, but we would still love hear about your tentative projects and wish-lists to complete before (or after) the upcoming fishing season. You may be surprised that something you want to do is more affordable than you think!

It’s no bother at all to discuss a project even if you aren’t ready to do it, so please feel free to reach out to us.

Thank you!

Edited to add a reminder of some of the services we offer: Fiberglass repair, carpentry, prop and shaft installation and alignment, paint coatings for aluminum and steel, window replacement, fishhold insulation, new construction, vessel extensions, etc! We also have molds for various sized river and seine skiffs.

Harbor Construction is Scheduled to Begin on December 6, 2023.

Construction crews from Turnagain Marine Inc. are scheduled to arrive in Cordova on December 5, 2023. Barges and heavy equipment will be operating in and around the South Harbor for the next six months.

The City of Cordova would like to remind mariners, vehicle drivers, and pedestrians to be mindful of construction activities and road closure signs.

Mariners are advised to give the construction barge and vessels a wide berth and no wake in the harbor.

Crews will be operating seven days a week and twelve hours a day to meet our deadline and be open for the 2024 fishing season.

Pile driving will only be conducted during daylight hours.
