Is your vehicle ready? Let us help you be ready ahead of time! Here’s our list of things we want to make sure are good to go for our customers heading into the colder months:
1- Tires: good tread depth, no leaks, proper tire pressure, rotation, swap for winter tires if desired or have them.
2- Battery: free of corrosion on terminals and cables, good charge, properly secured.
3- Coolant: mixture correct for the temperatures, good level, free of any leaks in the system.
4- Washer fluid: use up any current fluid and refill with freeze resistant fluid, reservoir full and ready.
5- Wiper Blades: in good working condition.
6- Oil: a fresh oil change with oil that works best for your vehicle in the colder weather, check for any leaks.
7- Lights: ensure all lights are in working order for best visibility.

Let’s talk about Brakes-
The first antilock brakes were invented in the 1920s, and they became more popular in the
1990s. Today, most modern cars have an antilock braking system, or ABS.
The braking system in your vehicle plays a crucial role in safety on the road! Regular maintenance and inspection of this system prevents failure of all components in the braking system (pads, rotors, drum, calipers, soft hoses, hard lines, etc.). Our courtesy inspection is free with any service and can help keep an eye on things and we also offer a more in depth brake system specific inspection to get a full look at any concerns!

Phil's Quality Automotive is still here! Sorry for not posting but we have been trying to add additional services to PQA. We are still performing all the regular automotive repair services. Please check the website at https://philsauto.com for services we offer.

We now added Performance services to our line up of services. This happened about a year ago. We can now provide Performance builds, and Performance Tuning. My Nephew David Rasmussen and his business partner Shawn Christenson have added their performance expertise to our lineup.
