SUNDAY ROUND UP!

1ST ONE IN THE BOOKS! IN OVER A YEAR!

Thank you to all the racers that came out and showed their support and appreciation. Many familiar faces and new ones came to race! Program ran smoothly, no equipment malfunctions, BIG THANK YOU to Joseph Baio and Steef Foch working the blowers, our race commentator Sean Henshin Stealth kept the races moving, thanks to the volunteer turn marshalls ruffing the heat and the spectators that came out to see the action! Great to see Ruben Diaz with his son Tyler back at the track. Also had Dustin Spallone pass by during the mains, I know we will see him out here soon. Some E-Buggy crew from mills came to show support as well. Overall a successful day!

The day couldn't have been better for racing, maybe a bit cooler (IT WAS HOT)! The track came around in the 2nd round of qualifying with a nice groove. We also had some unexpected ocbstacles develop on the track (ruts) but everyone had the deal with it. The mains were exciting in Open Buggy and E-Buggy with tight racing and lead changes to the last lap! Great way to bring back racing!

We will be posting our off road schedule for the series this week.

SATURDAY WILL BE OPEN PRACTICE FOR BOTH ON ROAD AND OFF ROAD TRACKS.

WE WILL BE WORKING ON BOTH SIDES THIS WEEK, ESPECIALLY THE ON ROAD SIDE PREPAIRING THE COARSE AND CLEANING UP THE REMAINING MATERILAS.

We hope to have a on road schedule soon.

The track crew did an amazing job bringing the surface back to life. BIG SHOUT OUT TO Joseph Baio , Tim Moon, Dustin RC ,Christopher Mahfood , Stephen Hernandez, Early Ford, his son Jackson, and Ryan Froyd for doing a killer job! My apologies if we forgot to mention anyone. THANK YOU!

Also want to thank Matheus Santos and Inshan Singh regarding the on road coarse for coming out and advancing the talks for the program. We will definitely be working together to create an amazing experience for the on road series.

!!! ****IMPORTANT NOTICE****!!!

REVISED RULES AND REGULATIONS FROM THE CITY OFFICIALS REGARDING RACERS WITH TRAILERS AND/OR GENERATORS:

1. PLEASE TOP OFF YOUR GENERATOR PRIOR TO ENTERING THE FALCILITY, FUEL CONTAINERS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON SITE.

2. PLEASE HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND A CONE (OR EQUIVALENT) TO BE PLACED NEXT TO YOUR GENERATOR AS A CAUTION BARRIER.

3. GENERATORS MUST BE 12' AWAY FROM YOUR TRAILER AND/OR PIT AREA UNLESS ATTACHED TO TRAILER.

4. TRAILERS TO PARK NEAR THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY (north side near to the school) WITH GENERATORS NEAR THE FENCE LINE.

5. IF YOU CAME WITH YOUR TRAILER, YOU LEAVE WITH IT. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO KEEP OUR FALCILITY SAFE AND IN COMPLIANCE.

*REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR ROAR MEMEBERSHIP.

OPENING POSTPONED....

We have diligently completed all our requirements however the director staff responsible for delivering the final approvals are out of the office this week.

We will back in the director's office on Monday to get final blessings to open! 🤞

Saturday round up!

Today we installed our new banners. Thanks to the 3 on road racers that attended the meeting. We look forward to working together to establish a great program. Thank you to Tim Moon for dropping in today at the track.

We will push the city to expedite to final conditions to get open next weekend🤞

Track will need ALL OF US for some TLC to get ready next Saturday.

LAST MINUTE UPDATE!

Family, due to circumstances with the city risk management team concerns after our site meeting on Tuesday, they have postponed the opening. We have fully complied with all requests including fire safety equipment that was purchased and shipped overnight.
We hope to bring the good news soon!

NEW gravel path was laid out today, need to install new banners, would like to get a plan to clean up our clay. Looking for new clay, the track needs it. All are welcome to come out to help!
