Set-up and take-down is included in the delivery and fees are negotiable depending on distance and duration of the rental. We will meet with you on the day of your pick-up and give you a thorough walk through, this may take 1-2 hours depending on your RVing experience. To maximize your reservation, our PICK UP time starts at 8:00 AM as a courtesy but it all depends on our availability and location of the camper. Once your reservation is confirmed and approved, the pick up and drop off times may no longer be changed unless offered as a courtesy, it is important to communicate with us to arrange the time as there will be associated fees to change it. We recommend our renters/sharers, for safety reasons, to drive below speed limits even with the Electronic Break Assist and Antisway hitch on Interstate and city limits. Always stay on the Right lane, signal way ahead of time when changing lanes, No swerving. Check overhead clearance and always scout your site first before proceeding to park. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the camper. You may be subject to losing half or all of your security deposit if smoking was detected. SECURITY DEPOSIT STARTS at $500. Stationary, being less risky, is $500, Camping $750, Tailgating and Events $1,000. We've taken every precaution to make certain we NEVER charge a renter for damage that was already there. The holding tanks (fresh water and septic tanks) will be empty upon pick up. You must empty, clean and fully disinfect the tanks prior to returning, otherwise, you may prepay or add on. SUNPASS- If Pay-by-Plate is used during your travels, the toll fees will be deducted from your deposit. Kool Kamper will provide the highest level of care and cleanliness in accordance to CDC Guidelines. Our camper will be professionally cleaned prior to pick up. RV must be returned clean and disinfected, otherwise, you may prepay or add on. RV potable water tank will be empty upon pickup. And Thanks to a family influence, we have found a rental that couples with travel, outdoor and nature, that we can be happy doing. It’s work and pleasure as we create great memories as well as being able to share the same experience to others in our community.
