Camp Pontiac Camp Pontiac, is a family owned "co-ed hybrid" overnight camp for kids ages 7 through high school. We run a traditional full season camp program (7 weeks).

Camp Pontiac is located in Copake, New York, in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains. The Berkshires have always been considered a wonderful summer resort with beautiful landscape, culture, arts and antiques. We are only 100 miles north of Manhattan (2 hours driving time) and are situated on 150 picturesque acres with a beautiful 65 acre spring fed lake. The camp accommodates 290 boys and 290 girls, ranging in age from 7 to 16.

Out on the lake, they learn to trust the wind, embrace the quiet, and appreciate the beauty that surrounds them. With caring instructors beside them, every sail becomes an opportunity to grow in confidence while finding peace in nature.
