Jet ski winterizing time. Treated the fuel, flushed the engine, fogged the engine, ran rv anti freeze through the cooling system, load tested the battery and disconnected, and sprayed the engine and all moving parts with yamasheild.

Spark plug R&R.
Suzuki DF115 fuel system cleaning due to bad needle and seat and water in the fuel, so plugs were fouled and needed changed as well.
How often do you change your spark plugs?

Honda 9.9 carb install. Carb was full of water. Removed and cleaned carb. Flushed fuel lines from boat filter head to carb before hooking it up. Then changed spark plugs and ran it.

Troll Master functions walk through. install this throttle control on this 9.9 Honda so you can put it in gear and control the throttle from anywhere in the boat. also, very helpful for dialing in your trolling speed. You can add a steering control unit as well.

Grinding starter issue. Mercury 5.7 started grinding the starter the last time it was taken out. I removed the wiring and pulled the starter out to inspect and this is what i found. Now i have to pull the transmission and bell housing to get all the pieces out.

Attention boat owners, make sure to clean the filter head before installing a new fuel filter to ensure a proper seal. Stainless wire brush makes quick work of it. L**e the top filter seal.

Yamaha double alarm going off. Harbor call to diag the alarm. I checked the engine fuel filter and found it 2/3 full of water, so it was time to change and check the primer boat filters. They were change about a year ago with 50 hrs run time. Definitely a lot of water in the filter.

Honda BF90 lower unit removal.
Outboard is 7 years old and never had the water pump changed, so the owner decided it was time to do it.

Thermostat adapter oring failed on this Honda BF90 Outboard. Caused a saltwater leak, I had to remove the electrical panel and unplug a couple connections to gain access to get the bolts out. There used to be holes in the back of the panel to allow the socket through but not anymore. At least the thermostat it self is easier to change than the old design. Cleaned the bock surface and the housing, installed a new oring greased the block and bolts. Then put everything back together.

Inside the vst on a 90hp honda outboard that was flooding over and leaking fuel out the vent on the vst.
Cleaning it then installing a new needle valve, chamber gasket, and fuel filters.
