***Update Grant Program Has Closed for 2026***

The City of Andover is offering a Home Improvement Grant Program to help pay a portion of project costs to Andover property owners who will make certain exterior improvements to the front (side street) of their home, increasing its curb appeal, which benefits the entire community.

Property values must be less than $316,000 to qualify based on Anoka County estimated market value (as shown on your 2026 tax statement under the year 2026). There are no income limits to participate in the program, however there are eligibility requirements. Applications will be accepted until funds are no longer available. Grant recipients will be awarded on a first come first serve basis.
