I was hit on Interstate-40 recently, and dreading the prospect of working with someone else's insurance and a body shop to get my Hyundai Elantra repaired. After her insurance gave me the run-around, I finally decided to just get some quotes for the work that needed to be done.

Cookeville Collision Center was just my first stop on the list I randomly created from Googling body shops in Cookeville, and I am so glad I wandered in there! Paul Genovese sprang into action - he called the insurance right there while I sat in his office. He knew the lingo, and how to work around their roadblocks at every turn. I instantly knew I would give them the job, and they did not disappoint!

About a week later (after driving in a nice rental car they arranged for her insurance to pay for), I got my car back good-as-new! Great customer service and crew.
