New (old) machine in the house. Picked up a Hardinge Turret Lathe. It's been sitting for a good spell. Got her cleaned and running. She'll need some more TLC as the variable RPM system is not working.

The collets that came with the machine needed a deep clean to function. Years of oil and grime made them almost useless. Not anymore! We have inhouse REM Surface Engineering machines. After a few hours the collets are like new!

Soon we'll be using this old girl for some light production. Stay Tuned!

We've secured a new CNC Machining center where we'll be able to manufacture custom mounts & fasteners for the Motorsports/Off-road market. That'll be here by the end of August.

It's been some time since our last post however we're as busy running Cryo/Rem Polishing as ever.

The next service we're offering is Cerakoting - we just completed our first job. These are a set of 1962 Jaguar Exhaust Manifolds we Coated Glacier Black. They turned out great for our first run.
