An hour drive. A second chance. A whole lot of trust to earn. The owner of this 2021 Cadillac CT5 traveled from Florence, SC, after being referred to us by a performance shop in the area. Unfortunately, his previous experience with another detailer left him with more than just a poorly polished vehicle. It left him questioning who he could trust with it. And we understood that. People have options. And as a business owner, I think it’s important to acknowledge that. There are other companies offering ceramic coating. Other companies offering detailing, window tint, PPF, and everything else we do. The goal isn’t to pretend those options don’t exist. The goal is to make sure we’re doing our part to stay at the top of that list.

That means continuing to improve our craft. Continuing to educate ourselves. Continuing to provide a great experience. Continuing to stand behind our work. And never getting so comfortable that we feel like someone should choose us just because we’ve been here.

Imagine paying for ceramic coating twice…on a brand new vehicle. 😅

This brand new Honda CR-V came to us already ceramic coated by the dealership. The coating was included in the purchase, but the owner wanted more confidence in what was protecting his new vehicle. So he brought it to a shop that specializes in ceramic coatings, US!! 🙂

We polished off the dealership applied product, properly prepared the paint, and installed our ceramic coating system from the ground up.

This isn’t about saying dealerships shouldn’t offer protection. It’s about understanding that ceramic coating is more than just a product being applied to paint. The preparation, installation, product knowledge, and long term aftercare all matter. He had already paid once.
