Job Title: Tow Truck Operator

Salary: Up to $1200 per week

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and efficiently to service calls and dispatch instructions.
• Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations.
• Assess and secure vehicles to ensure damage-free towing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with vehicle lockouts, tire changes, and jump starts when required.
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed and complete necessary paperwork.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a Tow Truck Operator or similar role.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to operate and maneuver various types of tow trucks and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy equipment and perform physical tasks.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
